Glenda has over 35 years of marketing experience in both print and radio. She has worked in both print and media design and served as the national sales manager for a group of radio stations for many years as well as owning a publishing company that produced 68 commercial advertising publications. Her ad campaigns have earned her many Dove awards over the years. Her previous marketing experience give her specialized knowledge in what it takes to promote and advertise specialty homes on The Web for both Kentucky Lake And Lake Barkley. Her unique market abilities have Sold over 200 waterfront and specialty homes since 2003 allowing her to become and continue to be the #1 Sales Person in all Lake Area Counties. Glenda is licensed to sell real estate in both KY and TN.

 

Traci began her career in marketing at the age of 9 when she played Smurf during local radio remotes. Her love of media continued through the years into her college years where she majored in interior design and tourism. Traci worked for several years with her parents at 1st Publications. Upon selling the company Traci became the manager of a Resort on Kentucky Lake. For 11 years she managed all aspects of the resort including bookings, trade shows, advertising, web page management, room design, customer service, and client relations. In January 2014, Traci joined her mother in the family business.
