Located 2 hours from Nashville and 4 miles from the Tennessee River is this sportsman's paradise. Surrounded by acres of undeveloped land this 192+- acres offers some of the best white tail deer hunting in Northwest Tennessee. The approximately 1/4 mile driveway creates privacy. But deer isn't the only "game" in town. There is wild turkey, rabbit and dove. 5 box blinds and 9 deer stands will remain with the property. Approximately 40 acres were under cultivation at one time. Recently these fields have been planted for the deers' enjoyment. A spring fed creek runs through the property. A 3 bedroom 2 bath hunting lodge provides space for a family retreat or hunting club. It is equipped with a full kitchen and wood burning fireplace. A shop and pole barn provide ample storage for equipment or boat. Make the short 6 minute drive to the Ken Lake New Hope public boat ramp or head to one of the near by marinas for a day on the water. Hunting, fishing or just getting away to the country are all available here. I acre of pollinators for bees and 1 acre of bat habitat generates approximately $4000.00 per year. One year is left on the lease which can be renewed at that time.
